Returns are only accepted with prior authorization. Returns are accepted within 10 days from delivered date unless stated otherwise or prior arrangements have been made. There are limitations listed below:
- Any FINAL SALES which includes gift cards, e-gift cards, jewelry and items are as 'final sale' cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
- To be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund, the merchandise must be returned unworn with tags intact and in its original state as to when it arrived.
All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, that will be deducted from your refund, unless the products in question are received damaged or defective upon arrival. This 15% will be applied to the ORIGINAL price of the product and will not include any discounts or specials. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. Along with this 15% restocking fee, the return shipping fee will be at your expense.
Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
We will only accept exchanges for damaged/defective items upon arrival or if the item you received is incorrect. Requests for exchanges must be within 7 days from delivery date unless stated otherwise or prior arrangements have been made. Exchanges by mail are not permitted for returns from U.S. territories, APO/FPO, and international addresses.

If approved for an exchange, you may exchange your item for a different item, size or color. If you are exchanging for an item that costs more or less than the product you purchased, you may or may not be charged for the difference. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you will have to pay the return shipping fee and the new shipping fee.
Any exchanges or refunds requested will only be processed upon approval. If we receive your package without approval from one of our representatives, your returned package will not be returned to you and your refund will not be applied. If you would like your package shipped back to you, the shipping fee will be at your expense.
The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
If you received any damaged or defective products upon arrival and you are looking to return or exchange, your return shipping fee will be waived.
